Gerry Mulligan meets Astor Piazzolla
Due giganti come Gerry Mulligan e Astor Piazzolla insieme: una chicca televisiva d'annata (1974), quando ancora la Rai faceva davvero una televisione di alta qualità. Il brano è 'Years of Sulitude', tratto dall'album 'Summit - Renion Cumbre', che i due grandi avevano appena registrato in Italia.

I love Piazzolla.
I love Piazzolla too, Gatopardo. As Mulligan said: "watching him play was incredible, because he would do these very modern voicings on the thing, and in order to reach these buttons, his fingers looked like snakes going all over".
